Michelangelo

Recently added a Hendyamps Michelangelo tube EQ to the rig. It's an astonishing piece for several reasons. 1st, everything you run through it sounds better, even with the unit set flat, no added or subtracted frequencies. 2nd, it's versatile such that you can make a profound impact on the program material, or, almost imperceptibly shift frequency content so things becoming more pleasing to the ear w/out apparently re-shaping the mix at all. Finally, the unit behaves very differently with different program material. For example, it responds to a solo acoustic piano quite differently than how it reacts to an EDM track with huge pumping low end and drums. Big plus for the studio and it plays beautifully in front of the Neve Master Buss Processor. I've been excessively busy with an almost schizophrenic array of musical styles since the unit installed and have really worked it over. Can't work without it. Chris Henderson at Hendyamps.com makes amazing gear.
